Forgot Your 3r3r Password?
If you cannot remember your password, click the "Forgot password?" link on the login form. Enter the email address or mobile number linked to your account and 3r3r will send a reset link (for email) or a one-time SMS code (for mobile) within a few minutes. Follow the link or enter the code to create a new password.
When choosing a new password, pick something at least 8 characters long that includes uppercase letters, numbers and at least one special character. Avoid reusing passwords from other sites. 3r3r support staff will never ask you for your password over chat or email — if someone claiming to be 3r3r support requests your login credentials, that is not us.
Account Locked? Here's What Happens
After five consecutive failed login attempts, 3r3r temporarily locks the account for 15 minutes as a security measure. This prevents brute-force access attempts. If you are locked out, wait 15 minutes and try again, or use the password reset option to set a new password and regain access immediately.
If you believe your account has been locked because of activity you did not perform, contact support@3r3r.click immediately. The support team can check account activity, confirm whether there was unauthorised access and, if needed, secure your account while you regain control. Do this as quickly as possible — the sooner you flag it, the faster it gets resolved.
Tip — use a different password for every site: The most common cause of unauthorised login attempts is credential stuffing — someone using email/password combinations leaked from an unrelated site breach. Using a unique password for your 3r3r account means a breach elsewhere cannot affect your 3r3r login. A password manager makes this easy to maintain.
Why Can't I Log In? Common Reasons
- Incorrect password — check caps lock and try the reset option
- Wrong identifier — are you using email when you should be using mobile, or vice versa?
- Account suspended — if 3r3r has suspended your account for a terms or security reason, the login form will show a message directing you to support
- Self-exclusion active — if you activated a self-exclusion or cool-off, login is blocked for the duration of the period
- KYC hold — in rare cases, a pending KYC review may restrict certain account actions; support can clarify the status
- Browser issue — clearing your browser cache and cookies resolves login problems in some cases, particularly on older phones
Logging In on Mobile in Pakistan
Most 3r3r players in Pakistan log in through a mobile browser — Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone. The login form is fully responsive and works without any issues on a 4G or even 3G connection. There is no app to download; the platform lives in your browser and works as well as a native app.
If you are on a shared Wi-Fi connection — at a café, the office or a public place — consider unchecking "Keep me logged in" before you sign in. This ensures your session expires when you close the browser tab rather than persisting on a shared device. For your home or personal phone, keeping the session active is fine and saves you entering your credentials every visit.
