These Terms and Conditions govern your use of 3r3r and apply to all Pakistani players who register an account. Please read them carefully — they are written in plain English, not legal jargon, so you actually know what you are agreeing to.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 3r3r, operating at 3r3r.click ("3r3r", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet on 3r3r, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
3r3r is an online gaming platform providing sports betting, casino games, poker, jackpot slots, live casino and esports betting services to players in Pakistan. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 3r3r.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and 3r3r.
To register and use 3r3r you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:
Age verification: 3r3r will request proof of age during the KYC process before permitting the first withdrawal. Accounts that cannot verify age will be suspended. 3r3r takes underage gambling seriously and cooperates with any relevant regulatory request on this matter.
Each individual player is permitted to hold one account on 3r3r. Registering duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, same contact details or variations thereof — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts involved will be suspended, bonus funds will be forfeited, and 3r3r reserves the right to void winnings generated on duplicate accounts.
You are responsible for providing accurate information at registration, including your full name, date of birth, contact number and payment details. You must update this information promptly if it changes. 3r3r is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate account information, including failed withdrawals caused by incorrect payment details provided by the player.
Your 3r3r username and password are your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support at support@3r3r.click immediately. 3r3r accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has shared or failed to secure their credentials.
3r3r is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals. You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID (CNIC or passport) and proof of your payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the time requested will result in withdrawal holds. KYC documents are handled in accordance with the 3r3r Privacy Policy.
All financial transactions on 3r3r are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard. 3r3r does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside 3r3r's control.
Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets are processed within approximately 15 minutes of approval. IBFT bank transfers typically clear within a few hours depending on your bank. Withdrawals flagged for manual review — including large jackpot payouts — are processed within 24–72 hours. 3r3r may request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for accounts that have not previously completed KYC.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. 3r3r does not accept payments from third-party accounts. If a payment is received from an account that does not match the registered player's identity, it will be returned and the deposit declined.
Withdrawal tip: Ensure your CNIC matches the name on your registered Easypaisa or JazzCash account. A mismatch is the most common reason for withdrawal delays at 3r3r. If in doubt, contact support before submitting a withdrawal.
3r3r offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms which are stated at the point of offer. These general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly override them.
The welcome bonus (100% deposit match up to Rs 20,000 plus 50 free spins) is available to new players who register an account and make a qualifying first deposit. The bonus is credited to the bonus balance and must be wagered before withdrawal. Wagering requirement: 20x on sports bets at minimum odds of 1.5, or 20x on eligible casino games. Free spin winnings carry a separate 30x wagering requirement.
Eligible players receive 15% cashback on net losses each week, credited automatically every Sunday. Cashback is credited as bonus funds and carries a 5x wagering requirement. Players who have active self-exclusion or cool-off periods are not eligible for cashback during that period.
The Refer a Friend programme rewards the referring player when their referred friend registers, verifies their account and makes a qualifying deposit. Bonus amounts and wagering requirements are stated on the Refer a Friend page. Self-referral is not permitted and will result in disqualification of both accounts involved.
The following general rules apply to all sports and esports betting on 3r3r. Sport-specific rules are available within each respective betting section on the platform.
All bets are subject to acceptance by 3r3r. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. 3r3r reserves the right to decline any bet without explanation, including in-play bets placed after a market has been suspended.
A bet may be voided by 3r3r in the following circumstances: the match or event is cancelled before completion; an obvious pricing error occurred and the bet was placed at manifestly incorrect odds; the bet was placed using information not yet available to the general public; or technical errors affected the ability to process the bet correctly. Voided bets have stakes returned to the player's balance.
In-play markets are suspended temporarily during high-uncertainty periods such as weather interruptions, technical timeouts or pending reviews. Bets submitted during a suspension period are either declined or placed at the post-suspension price when markets reopen, depending on the platform setting for that market. Live cashout is available on most in-play bets and allows you to settle early at the current value.
If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the remaining selections still stand, and the accumulator is recalculated excluding the voided selection. If all legs are voided, the stake is returned in full. For accumulators that include related contingencies — where the outcome of one selection materially affects another — 3r3r reserves the right to void the entire accumulator.
All casino games on 3r3r — including slots, card games, live casino, poker and jackpot games — use certified random number generator (RNG) software. Game outcomes are not influenced by prior results, bet sizes or account status. Published RTP percentages are accurate and independently verified for all games.
Progressive jackpot values displayed on 3r3r are updated in near-real-time and reflect the actual accumulated jackpot. In the event of a simultaneous jackpot trigger by multiple players, the jackpot is awarded to the player whose trigger was received first by the server. Large jackpot payouts are subject to identity verification before release.
Live casino games are streamed from licensed studios. Occasional stream interruptions may occur due to network conditions. In the event of a disconnection during a live game hand, the hand result is determined by the game server and is final. 3r3r is not liable for losses arising from network interruptions on the player's side.
In the event of a game malfunction — including software errors, display errors or incorrectly displayed odds — all affected bets and wins may be voided. 3r3r will notify affected players and return stakes where applicable. Winnings derived from a clear malfunction that were credited in error may be reversed from the player's balance.
3r3r operates on the basis of fair play for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and — where appropriate — referral to relevant authorities:
3r3r operates transaction monitoring. Unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns that suggest activity inconsistent with genuine gaming will trigger a review. Players may be asked to provide evidence of the source of funds during such reviews.
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support@3r3r.click. Any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard withdrawal processing. Bonus funds and free spin winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.
3r3r reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account at its discretion, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false identity information; fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC within the required period; or where required by applicable law. In cases of suspected fraud, 3r3r may withhold funds pending investigation. Where an account is closed by 3r3r due to no fault of the player, real-money balances will be returned promptly.
An account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. 3r3r will notify the player by email before any dormancy policy is applied. After the notice period, a monthly administrative fee of Rs 200 may be deducted from the account balance to cover maintenance costs, until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account.
3r3r is committed to responsible gaming and provides tools that allow players to manage their activity. These tools are available immediately from account settings and do not require contacting support to activate:
Players who self-exclude will have their accounts frozen, will not receive marketing communications from 3r3r during the exclusion period, and will not be permitted to reopen their account before the exclusion expires. 3r3r will not reverse or shorten a self-exclusion period once it has been activated, regardless of request.

3r3r may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or by an in-platform notification at next login. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of 3r3r after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes and withdraw any real-money balance. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure under this provision.
